Simon GreenMeridian Health acquires Pathset in first UK diagnostics deal
Terms were undisclosed; Pathset's twelve-person team joins Meridian's Manchester lab operation.
Meridian Health has acquired Pathset, a Leeds-based pathology software company, in its first acquisition since raising a Series B last autumn.\n\nPathset's reporting tools will be folded into Meridian's laboratory platform, with the entire twelve-person engineering and clinical team relocating to Meridian's Manchester operation.\n\nTerms were not disclosed. Both companies said existing NHS trust contracts will be honoured unchanged through the transition.
