Atlas Forge hires former Arm engineering lead as CTO

Atlas Forge has appointed a former Arm engineering lead as chief technology officer, its most senior hire since spinning out of the university two years ago.\n\nThe company builds force-controlled robotic arms for high-mix manufacturing lines and plans a paid factory pilot with a tier-one automotive supplier in the fourth quarter.\n\nHeadcount is expected to reach forty by the end of the year, with most new roles in controls and embedded software.
